The Service
We provide a comprehensive online compensation claims search engine, designed to save you time and provide compensation packages to suit individuals. Not only will we endeavour to find you the most competitive compensation services but also provide you with the information required to make an informed choice on which solicitor/claim specialist suits you. We will ask some questions to help source the right compensation packages, you will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
After completing an application online via our website, you agree that you will receive an initial email/text message from us. This email/text message will confirm you have used our website and that your claim is being dealt with and thanking you for using our services and making a claim. You cannot opt out of receiving this email/text message. You have until the signing of the solicitor/claim specialist declaration form, to opt out of the claim, otherwise the instructed solicitor/claim specialist will act on your behalf.
We are NOT charging any Referral fees after 1st of April 2013.

We aim to provide a high level of service to all our customers but occasionally mistakes happen, when this occurs we will do everything to help you and make things right.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about our service, or a solicitor/claim specialist, please contact us first by email and if after emailing us you are still not happy please write to our Services at the address shown below. For the purposes of handling complaints our working day is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays or other public holidays.

Please include your name and address, a contact telephone number, your reference number and details of why you are unhappy. This will help us to respond to you as quickly as possible. If we do not have enough information to investigate your complaint we will contact you to ask you for further details.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint by the close of business the next working day, we will send a written acknowledgement of your complaint to you within 5 working days of its receipt.
Within four weeks of receiving your complaint we will send you either a final response or a letter explaining why we are not yet in a position to resolve your complaint and advising you of when we will be contacting you again.
